Printing Unit : Equipped with 9 flexographic print units featuring GEW UV curing systems and individual ink pumps. Includes UV tower for secure curing before lamination, plus one multi-purpose (MP) unit for solvent/water-based 2-component inks and varnishes with viscosity control. Offers inline dry and wet lamination capabilities, converting module, and 16" single die for labels with Kocher & Beck GapMaster.
Ink System : Features Cleaninking additional ink chambers and comprehensive UV curing system. Each print unit includes dedicated ink pumps. Multi-purpose unit supports both solvent and water-based 2-component inks with integrated viscosity control.
Plate Cylinder : Includes 17 sets of sleeves for plates and 17 anilox cylinders in excellent condition. Machine configuration allows for De/Relam on units 1+2 and includes two towers for cold foil applications.
